PA67 Terms and Conditions —
Rules for Pakistani Players

To register and use PA67, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PA67 does not permit access to any individual under the age of 18, regardless of the purpose of access.
• You must be registering and using your account as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended PA67 account. Each person is permitted one PA67 account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and keep that information current at all times.
• You must not be a PA67 employee, contractor, agent, director, officer or immediate family member of any such person.

PA67 reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain these requirements may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and forfeiture of bonuses.

Each player is permitted to hold only one PA67 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide your real name, a valid email address, a contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. This information is used to verify your identity, process payments and communicate account-related notifications to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PA67 account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PA67 will never ask you for your password through email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PA67 support immediately.

All deposits and account balances at PA67 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, hidden exchange fees or intermediary currencies applied to your balance at any point.

PA67 currently supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• PA67 does not charge fees for processing deposits, although your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits that fail to credit your account within the expected timeframe should be reported to PA67 support with your transaction reference number.
• PA67 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear to be made in connection with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any other prohibited conduct.

By depositing funds into your PA67 account, you confirm that the money you are depositing is not the proceeds of any illegal activity and that you are the legal owner of the funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, or to a verified payment method in your name. PA67 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered to you.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the request.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, PA67 may require you to complete identity and payment method verification. This is a standard account security measure.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification steps outstanding on your account.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before they become available for withdrawal. Full details are provided in the relevant promotion's terms.
• PA67 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

PA67 offers a range of promotions from time to time, including deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, leaderboard prize competitions and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as PSL and T20 internationals. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these overall Terms.

• Bonuses are intended for individual personal use only. Coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts or with other players is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements of the promotion under which they were awarded.
• PA67 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-run, any wagering progress already completed will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device or IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• PA67 does not permit the use of bonus funds for any form of hedging, arbitrage or low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

PA67 offers a variety of online gaming products including slots, live casino, fish games and bingo. Each game category operates according to its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface itself. By participating in any game on PA67, you agree to abide by those rules as well as these overall Terms.

• All bets are placed in PKR. The minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the PA67 platform, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Please review your bet carefully before confirming.
• Game outcomes on PA67 are determined by certified random number generation systems. PA67 does not manipulate game outcomes, and results cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of the intended gameplay mechanics.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live game round, PA67 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side error, the affected wager will be refunded to your account balance in PKR.
• PA67 reserves the right to void bets placed under circumstances involving obvious pricing or configuration errors, technical faults or any form of exploitation of system vulnerabilities.

PA67's VIP program consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Players accumulate VIP points through eligible wagers across slots, live casino, fish games and bingo. Point accumulation rates and the specific wager types that contribute to VIP points are published on the VIP program page.

• VIP tier upgrades are assessed periodically based on accumulated points within the relevant qualifying period.
• Cashback rewards under the VIP program are calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and are credited to your account in PKR.
• VIP benefits, including cashback rates and exclusive promotions, are subject to change. PA67 will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to the VIP program structure.
• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the PA67 platform.
• PA67 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate a player's VIP status if there is evidence of abuse of the VIP program, bonus abuse or any breach of these Terms.

PA67 is committed to promoting a responsible gaming environment. Gaming on PA67 is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses or a substitute for financial planning.

PA67 provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits through your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: You can enable session duration reminders that will notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, you can apply for self-exclusion through PA67 support. Self-exclusion periods are taken seriously and will be implemented promptly.
• Reality Checks: PA67 may display periodic balance and time-in-session notifications to help you stay aware of your gaming activity.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PA67. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, pending withdrawals cancelled and bonuses forfeited:

• Registering more than one account on PA67, regardless of the name, device, email address or payment method used.
• Providing false, inaccurate or incomplete information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit or withdraw funds on PA67.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, hedging strategies or deliberate exploitation of promotional terms.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities or malfunctions in any PA67 game or system feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with PA67 games or systems in a manner not intended for genuine human play.
• Any form of collusion with other players, including in live casino game formats.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the PA67 platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PA67 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

PA67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period in accordance with our dormancy policy.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests placed during the suspension period will be held until the investigation is resolved. PA67 aims to resolve account investigations as promptly as possible and will communicate the outcome to the player through their registered contact details.

You may also choose to close your PA67 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method in PKR, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

PA67 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a PA67 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

PA67 uses your personal data to verify your identity, process payments, manage your account, deliver promotions you have opted into and comply with any applicable platform security requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

PA67 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform operational and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.

• PA67 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures on the player's side or any other circumstances outside PA67's direct control.
• PA67 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• PA67's total liability to any individual player, in any circumstances, is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
• Gaming involves financial risk. PA67 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players accept full personal responsibility for the gaming decisions they make and the associated financial outcomes.

PA67 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PA67 will notify registered players through their registered email address or through a notification displayed within the platform.

Continued use of PA67 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using PA67 and may request account closure and withdrawal of your PKR balance before the updated Terms take effect.
